How do I set up my address?
Tap Set up in the app and enter your postcode. The app will suggest addresses — pick yours and the app will load your council's schedule.
I didn't get a notification — why?
Check that notifications are enabled for the app in your device settings. On iOS, ensure you granted notification permission. On Android, check the app's notification settings and that battery optimisations aren't blocking background tasks.
Can the app add events to my calendar?
Yes — the calendar feature is optional. When you enable it, the app will request calendar write access so it can create collection day events. The app does not read or upload your calendar events.
Does the app track my location?
Location is only used if you choose to use the 'Detect my address' feature. You can enter your postcode manually and deny location access if you prefer.
How can I change reminder times?
Open the app > Settings > Reminder times. You can choose night-before, same-day, or a custom time for each collection type.
Is my data shared with third parties?
